The UAE Ministry of Education has confirmed a holiday for students and all administrative and teaching staff from May 25 to May 29 to mark the mid-term break of the third semester and the Eid Al Adha holiday, as reported by Al Bayan newspaper.
Since the weekend falls on May 23–24 and again on May 30–31, the official break will be followed and preceded by days off, creating a nine-day break from classes.

Students are scheduled to return to class on June 1 to continue the third semester, with mock exams taking place on June 15 and 16. The official Islamic New Year holiday then falls on June 17, immediately followed by the end-of-term exams, which are set to run from June 24 to July 3. According to the ministry, July 3 will also mark the final day of school for students, officially concluding the academic year.
Eid Al Adha long week holidays
· Students will be back in their classrooms on June 1, when the third semester resumes.
· Mock exams are scheduled for June 15 and 16.
· The Islamic New Year public holiday falls on June 17.
· End-of-term exams will then take place from June 24 to July 3.
· The ministry has confirmed July 3 as the last day of school, marking the official end of the academic year.
